When ‘tomorrow’ comes, you are even more tired and so it goes on, day after day, the tired old story of your life.

AdrenaLynne Energetic Lifestyle Gym for Ladies, featuring Cardio Dance & Tone™ is a gym exclusively for women of all ages, providing a highly effective complete 45-minute exercise training session.  These fun, ENERGISING workouts target all the major muscle groups, as well as smaller and more specific muscles, thus providing a full-body workout.  Exercises are executed in a physically and emotionally safe environment. It is important to follow the correct technique, so as to minimise the risk of injury at all times, therefore promoting the fit and healthy benefits of consistent and  regular exercise, and this is the maxim by which each session is run.

It is important to follow a balanced workout program which includes an adequate Warm-up, Strength Training, e.g. light weights for toning, a variety of different types of  Cardio training, as well as Stretching as part of the Cool Down in order to bring the heart rate down.  In conjunction with Cardio, Strength Training also boosts metabolism.

You don’t have to be trained in dancing to do so, as it is an effective all round easy-to-follow exercise program.  You hardly realise that you are actually working hard at working out, as you are having so much fun whilst getting your body to move to the magic of the music. Get hooked on physical fitness through  Cardio Dance & Tone™ even though you might think  that you have never been a gym or exercise person at all.
